In this practical training session, we will explore proven strategies for managing and strengthening these crucial working relationships. You will learn how to foster better communication, navigate different personalities, and handle difficult situations with confidence and clarity.

What We’ll Cover:

  • Active listening techniques
  • Setting clear boundaries to ensure respect and professionalism
  • Identifying and managing different types of challenging personalities
  • Handling unsatisfactory resolutions and finding effective solutions
  • Practical next steps for improved collaboration
